3. SMS/Text Message Communications

If you opt in to receive text messages during the application process, Career Academy may send you SMS messages regarding:

  • Attendance alerts (absence notifications, corrective action notices)
  • Payment reminders and billing notifications

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your enrollment status and program activity. You may receive 2-10 messages per month during active enrollment.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all text messages.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent. You may also contact us at the information below to request removal from SMS communications.

Your phone number and SMS consent status are stored securely. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS messages are sent through our authorized messaging provider (Twilio) solely for the purposes described above.

  • Social Security Numbers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and are never displayed in full
