CNA Training Program

Open role

CNA Instructor (RN / LPN)

Teach CNA students at Career Academy's state-approved training school in Memphis. You'll lead lecture, run the skills lab, and coach students through clinicals — start to state exam, in the same building.

You need a current Tennessee RN or LPN license and bedside experience. Teaching experience is a plus, not a requirement. Most of our instructors come straight from hospital or long-term care floors.

Pick a day section (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM, 4-week cohorts) or an evening section (Mon–Fri, 5:00–9:00 PM, 6-week cohorts). New cohorts start every month. Full-time and part-time both available.
